All properties changing from one owner to another shall be subject to a $210.00 transfer fee payable by check to the HOA by either the buyer or seller. 

Yearly Dues in the amount of $130.00 are due by March 27 2023

 If these dues are not paid, interest will accrue at 18% per year, plus a 10% late fee. There will be lien notices filed through legal proceedings if dues are not received and no contact has been made by the resident.
